Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is most commonly known as "talk therapy" but it is so much more than that!  CBT looks at patterns of thinking and behaviors and integrates a vast array of techniques such as cognitive reframing, thought stopping, grounding and more to interrupt negative patterns.  CBT re-engages or replaces negative behaviors and thoughts with healthier patterns of thinking and behaving.  Issues treated with CBT include anxiety, depression, lifestyle changes, and stress related to family, work and more.

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders.
