Through targeted bilateral stimulation, clients solidify newfound beliefs that replace past beliefs. As positive cognitions take root, clients experience profound shifts in perspective, self-worth, and resilience. Phase 5 isn't just a step forward; it's a testament to the human spirit's capacity for resilience and renewal.
